Kristina Lemmer joined the Minneapolis Youth Coordinating Board as the Project Administrator for 500 Under 5 in March 2008. She has 15 years of experience in early childhood education and human services program management. Lemmer began her career as an Americorps*VISTA/community organizer and has worked as an elementary school teacher and recently as the Program Director for Greater Minneapolis Crisis Nursery. She is also a community activist.
Lemmer lives in north Minneapolis with her husband and two daughters.
