The YCB helps coordinate and guide policy work between our community partners: the City of Minneapolis, Hennepin County, the Parks and Recreation Board, the Public Schools and the Hennepin County Public Library.
Each year, we create a legislative agenda that reflects local, state, and national factors affecting Minneapolis youth. This agenda helps align resources, needs and objectives across sectors.

In 2009, the YCB created a Call to Action and Report Card. This document aims to keep us accountable as a community to our young people. It is a reminder to both policymakers and parents of the needs of Minneapolis youth, and helps to keep our collective goals on track.
