The Minneapolis Youth Coordinating Board is seeking applicants for the Director of Youth Development Projects (formerly called Director of Projects). The position reports directly to the Executive Director and will be responsible for oversight of the Minneapolis Afterschool Network and the oversight and implementation of new projects as approved. They will also work with the Minneapolis Health Department in implementing the Child Friendly Cities Initiative and the Youth Cabinet.
Qualified candidates for the position of Director of Youth Development Projects will have project management experience. Further, they will be able to demonstrate their experience in youth development and community engagement as strategies for the planning and implementation of projects. Writing for the purpose of foundation proposals and reporting is necessary.
This is a full-time, salaried position and includes health, dental and retirement benefits. The starting range is $60,000 – 75,000 annually.
